Advertising Terms and Conditions

14. Advertisers will provide and maintain an accurate and true description of goods or services they advertise on http://www.auction-usa.com.
15. Advertisers shall maintain the condition and quantity of item(s) listed during the period of time that the listing is pre-scheduled or running.
16. Advertisers shall remove or mark as sold any advertisement on http://www.auction-usa.com that is no longer available.
17. Advertisers agree to provide the quantity of goods/services offered in the listing to qualifying winning bidders or buyers at the price or wining bid amount specified.
18. Advertisers shall not use auctions or classified ads promote any web site other than their own web site or their own web page.
19. Notification of winning bidders or buyers in an auction is the proprietary right the Administrator. Attempting to circumvent the notification process will result in the termination of your account. Once email notification has been sent the Administrator has no further responsibility to the bidder or the seller either expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer and seller to communicate any information necessary to complete the transaction.
